What we do

Our company produces natural fermented wines, with only indigenous yeasts, unrefined, coming from vineyards cultivated with the biodynamic method, as well as vegetables and cereals; and in order to achieve a full-cycle farm, we also breed Mora Romagnola pigs, and we have two sheep, wich goes around.


We have decided to join winemakers with the same philosophy we have, to share with them organization and storage, that are often very costly. From this collaboration was born Co.Vi.Bio (Consortium of Biodynamic Vineyards). Co.Vi.Bio’s partners have a shared catalog, warehouse and management, because we believe that synergy can be positive and stimulating for everyone.

Frutto di colmature pressochè mensili con vino più giovane di una vasca perpetua iniziata nel 2008 per la versione rossa e 2011 per quella bianca, armonia di varie annate.

La sintesi del nostro terroir per un vino in continua evoluzione, ottenuto da fermentazioni spontanee, senza chiarifiche né filtrazioni.

Disponibile anche in bag-in-box da 10 litri... il tuo bicchiere di vino biodinamico quotidiano.

Posca is the result of monthly colmature of a perpetual vat, started in 2008 for the red version and 2011 for the white one, with a younger wine, harmony of various vintages.

The synthesis of our terroir for a constantly evolving wine, obtained from spontaneous fermentation, without clarification or filtration.

Also available in a 10 liter bag-in-box ... your everyday glass of biodynamic wine.
